A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping/return charges.

How to online return to Willow & Clay:

1. To start the process for your online return, please click HERE and include your email address.

2. Please fill out the form and we will e-mail you a pre-paid label once your return is approved. Please note that the return cost will be deducted from your refund once processed.

3. Take your return to the closest FedEx or you can schedule a pickup.

  • Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels sent to your e-mail address so that we can track your return. We will not refund a lost return that was not sent with our label.

What is your return policy?

We accept merchandise in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed garment for a full refund. You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your items for returns.

What if my return is past 15 days?

Regrettably, any returns postmarked more than 15 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return. Returns postmarked within 30 days will be eligible for credit.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item for a full return.

When will I get my refund?

When we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email letting you know the refund has been processed.
